Jonas Brothers It's About Time is the band's official first album release. The album was released under the record labels Columbia, INO and Daylight. It was recorded throughout July to August of 2005.

The official release date was pushed back multiple times and three songs were recorded in April 2006 replacing three of the original tracks. It's About Time was finally available in stores on the 8th August 2006.

It's About Time DualDisc was released in stores for a very limited time. A DualDisc is a single disc that includes CD audio on one side and a DVD on the other side
